About Dr. Robert Nason, MD
Dr. Nason is Board Certified in Otolaryngology/ Head and Neck Surgery with Fellowship Training in Pediatric Otolaryngology. Dr. Nason grew up in Texas and attended Rice University, graduating Magna cum Laude. He then attended the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston for medical school, earning the Edward Randall Medal for Academic Excellence. He was also inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He proceeded to his residency at Washington University in Saint Louis, one of the top training programs in the nation. While there, he completed 3 years of full-time NIH-funded basic science research. He then went on to the University of California-San Diego to complete a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology, learning advanced medical and surgical care for pediatric ENT patients. He is pleased to utilize his knowledge to treat both the adult and pediatric populations.
Dr. Nason is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and the Travis County Medical Society. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his wife and two children. He is a foodie and loves tennis and ultimate frisbee.
